You are under major period of Venus, lagna lord in your chart and Venus is debilitated in 12th. Venus also rules 8th house in your chart and in Nakshatra of Moon, lord of 10th.
Antar dasha lord Moon is lord of Career house in your chart and is placed in 6th. All, 6,8,12 houses bring challenges and tough time in life if they get activated in Dasha/Antar dasha time and because of this you are feeling effects on your career just like routine work and no promotion etc.
Though you have exalted Saturn but its placement in ascendant will slow down progress in life especially for Career and Success will come with your self efforts and hard work. Moon is placed in Uttar bhadrapada Nakshatra ruled by Saturn, and this Nakshatra also signifies the same.

Mars in 3/11 relationship with Venus. You will need to put efforts to get gains during this time. You may possibly travel during this time. I feel the period shall be good from financial condition point of view though expenditures will also be there.
