Hi Learned Members

Saturn ruling 10th is conducive to a fall. Just like Bali under Vishnu Avatar of the dwarf.

Thus for a Taurus Lagna, Saturn is not a Yogakaraka.

For an Aires Lagna, even if Jupiter combines with Saturn, it does not produce a yoga.

Best Regards

For Taurus Ascendant Saturn also rules the highest dharmic house of Jupiter who is also the natural ruler which represents Vishnu incarnation of the dwarf.

For Aires Ascendant dictum stated above, Jupiter ruling the 9th represents the same avatar in a more intensified form.

So for Aries Ascendent Jupiter is not auspicious?

I ask this as I am Aries ascendent, with my Jupiter in 3rd house, and in fact my Jupiter is retrograde too, I heard that retrograde planet gains more strength. And the Saturn, which is obviously the ruler of 10th & 11th house, sitting in 5th.

Also I read your other post -- about Venus & Sun conjunction in pure form -- interesting this also I have , in my 7th house. Though not very close (Venus around 5 degrees, Sun around 23 degrees). But then if you consider Uranus as part of your system then maybe not pure conjunction because Uranus is also there in 7th, around 18 degrees
