D9 : Taurus lagna with only Venus; Ketu is in 12H of D9.

Who calculated this ? is it by computer or the old manual system ?
This is how you got the 1/7 axis.

Mean or true nodes , different ayanamsas and planets at the fag end of multiples of 3 deg 20 mins would
throw different navamsa charts. These are bound to occur.

Ok .We were diverted. So now you know some data about your chart.
I used Lahiri ayanamsha, commonly used in vedic astrology . Your question of the
1/7 axis of the nodes in D9 now does not arise. And, it is in no way the reason for
the obstacles for your settling into marriage.
You can now relax till tomorrow, when I shall get back to you on the right track.

You are almost completing the 18yrs of Rahu MD by 21/10/2017. It appears that
Rahu so placed does not appear good. You are presently running Rahu/Moon from
04/04/2015 - also not favourable. Moon Lord of 6H is malefic for this chart and is
further aggravated by being placed in 8H. It is with lord of lagna-Saturn, and lord of
house of desires - Jupiter. So needs to be remedied. So worship and mantras to
Ma Dhurga, Ma Parvathy, Brihaspathi and Lord Shani and Sri Hanuman will help.

Mars and Venus are combust being too close to Sun and all in the star of Ketu.
Also worship, mantras, with one light, daily to above and also : Lord Shiva and Lord
Ganesha are important. Complete with a mantra each to Ma Lakshmi and Lord Karthikeya.
Mars is your Darakaraka too - for marriage and must be calmed to produce good results.

You are doing some chalisas, but can be replaced with the above which are effective
and timesaving. What I give you are specifics.
Then coming to the most important point requiring most attention is your Atmakaraka - Mercury.
It is,unfortunately, the lord of the most malefic 8H and fallen in 2H of Speech, Communication,
