I am not sure about the remedy but it could be either the Entity is circulating your house or it could be some kind of Black Magic done. In BM, the evil spirit can implant bad dreams but Not sure if they can read your mind. However, the circling entity reveals everything about you do and say to the caster so there is no secret or privacy anymore.

For such circling entity I guess the remedy might be Ashtadigbandhan. However, try and see if you can contact the owner who seems to have knowledge about this.

Don't forget to worship him. Further it would be wrong on my part to ask you whether you have faced any nimittas, etc. but if you have across any please do share. Also what do you mean by "spiritual damage"?

It really depends on the complete horoscope, in combination with 8th Lord and bhadakesh they can create different scenario. I referred to the third house since the OP mentioned that his neighbours where involved here. Neighbours are also represented by 3rd house/lord. He also mentioned that his source of income comes through Internet and through his self effort, which again is represented by the 3rd house and of course by applying the Bhavat bhavam principle as mentioned earlier.
