This is an interesting observation. Prince Harry is fifth in line to the succession of the throne.
The first is Prince Charles his father, the second is his brother Prince William, the third Prince George his nephew, and the fourth is Princess Charlotte his niece, whose horoscope is given above.
This could take place if all of them no longer exist which is very, very unlikely but not impossible.

Lord of the 9th and 10th houses Sun and Mercury are in the ninth house forming a Raja Yoga. Sun is Atmakaraka. It is in its own house. There is Hamsa Yoga in the chart. Rahu is exalted. Mars is placed in its own house but in the twelfth. Venus is debilitated in the chart. Jupiter is in the tenth from Navamsa Lagna and Sun and Moon in the fourth. In the Navamsa the Sun and Moon both royal planets are in Karakamsa and are aspected by (Jamini aspect) by Jupiter and Saturn.
Saturn in Libra and Jupiter in Sagittarius is a very good combination and is found in the horoscopes of many important people and celebrities. When both these key planets are strong the foundation of the horoscope is strong. Though by transit they cover a one/two year period, you will find many prominent and important people, in practically all walks of life, be they in the armed forces, educational institutions, social organizations or blue chip companies in positions of prominence, having such a combination in their birth charts. They usually have integrity and talent and rise to the top and occupy positions of trust and authority in their respective fields. He had Thula Lagna with Saturn exalted in in Lagna forming Sasa Yoga with Venus in the Lagna in its own house forming Malavya Yoga and Jupiter in the tenth house forming Hamsa Yoga. Mars and Moon are in the second with Chandra Mangal Yoga.
Moreover in the case of George VI, he was at that point the second in line to the throne. His brother Edward Duke of Windsor was the heir apparent but had to abdicate the throne because he wanted to marry a divorcee.

Prince William has a very good character and reputation and marriage problems may seem unlikely from his side. Transit Saturn is however aspecting his natal Venus and his 7th and 10th lord Mercury. The trends are not good. Transit Saturn is also over Prince Harry's Mars.
However even if marital problems crop up they won't affect his chances of succession, as they did not affect his father's. Moreover his son and daughter are also in the line. The problem may be one of longevity.
