In chart no.1 prospects are less, as 7L, 9L are not strong & not either linked with Rahu.
In chart no.2 chances are high as 9L,12L Mercury is sitting in 7H with Rahu. Currently time from may-13 to may-14 is appropiate for travelling not after that.

Ok with my very little knowledge that I'd earned from several years I'll describe you as:-
Your mercury(7L,10L) is conjuncted with Sun(9L) & Saturn(2L,3L) in 10H will show travels regarding job,career. 10H has nothing to do with foreign travels or permanent settlement in abroad, instead it shows work related travels.

7L & UL gives more picture about partner's status & looks etc. Your 7L Mercury in exalted state with UL can give a very talkative wife. Sun & Saturn with UL can give a egoistic & matured partner but from average status regarding wealth coz Saturn represents low class.

2) 4th & 12th from Moon are empty.
3) 7L Jupiter is conjoined 12L Sun.
4) UL has strong Venus.
In conclusion:- Coming Jupiter(2017 onwards) would be favourable for abroad settlement, as jupiter is getting strength in D-9. Current period till aug-2014 is also good for travels. Are you in IT/software field
