I need your help regarding marriage.Recently a proposal came.As i am true believer of astrology i dont want to marry without matchmaking the charts.
As i am very beginner in astrology,i am requesting forum members to look into the charts.

I don't know this girl, i never met her, the proposal came through marriage beureau.
I am not wearing any gemstones.
I have mars in twelfth in my chart & girl have it in eighth of hers,so i thought we were manglik. I know there are some exceptions when mangal dosha gets cancelled,but i don't know about them.

In my opinion both of you are not manglik.
You are deva gana and she is rakshashik, and is not acceptable.
It is preferable if you find a partner with rahu/ketu on the same axis.
Your rahu/ketu is in close proximity to the most effective point of the chart.
Foreigner/out of caste partner fits you better.
Both are running similar major periods.
Keep trying other charts as well, as the ketu/rahu axis in 1/7 is important,
and similar signs, preferably.

I will be running 33 from next month.Its very difficult to find the girl considering the present situation.
Please explain me a bit more what are problems in our charts because It's very important decision to me.
Also please tell if the girl have strong mangal dosha?

Match making is always tough job for any astrologer, unless otherwise experienced, it is not easy to give opinion on matching charts as it involves future of two individuals as well as their family. I am learner on this forum, however I have few views on both the charts, which may help you moving forward to judge compatibility in this generation in case you decide to proceed with this proposal. You may discard my views if they don't make sense to you.
Ascendants in both charts are in 2/12 Position, which is considered difficult position, especially when ascendant lords are also not very friendly.
Moon sign lords are friendly but your Moon is 11 places away from Moon in Girl's chart, here closer your Moon to the Moon in Girl's chart, better is emotional attachment between two people.
You both are Manglik with placement of Mars in both charts.
You were born under Dev Gana while the Girl under Rakshas Gana, She may dominate you.
Lets see your chart,
Rahu and Mars are affecting 7th house in D-1 as well as D-9.
From Moon, 6th and 7th lords are exchanging houses, which is not good sign for Marital prospects.
Venus has some afflictions in D-1 but much improved placement in D-9.
UL falls in Sagittarius which has Jupiter and Mercury, making UL strong while 2nd from UL has Sun, which is also Dara Karaka (Karka for Spouse as per Jaimini system).

According to girls parents girls birth time is not exact 5:45 but it is in between 5:40 AM to 5:45 AM.& i checked the planetory position changes if we consider 5:40 am to 5:43 am.
