Naturally Mars will be stronger but when mars is direct and Saturn is retrograde then Saturn will be stronger,. More than the fact as to who is stronger their conjunction in scorpio can spring up many surprises and upheavals as both are dire malefics and inimical to each other .

Thanks sir. The same Mars will also aspect the point of Solar Eclipse which is going to happen in Aquarius on 9th March , in 4H from Scorpio. regards

Hmmm, very interesting ... is Mars transit with Saturn in Scorpio going to impact some rashis/Ascendants more than others? If so, how and when is it likely to occur - what type of events?
Is there any helpful advice, if any, for particular Ascendants to be extra careful maybe?!

I thought the strength may be affected by the nakshatra as well?
In February Mars and Saturn will be a nakshatra apart and remain substantially apart for most of the transit - maybe this will tone down the adverse effects?
Guessing at a personal level more substantial changes/effects will most likely be seen in January/February 2016 when Rahu and Jupiter are conjunct in Leo in the nakshatra of the Sun.
