Steady Job/Profession is seen if current dasha signify houses 2,6,10...
Similarly change in Job is seen if current dasha signify houses 1,5,9...
Trasfer/Travel is seen through houses 3,9
So, we have to see if major-sub period together signify houses 1,3,5,6,9 for you to travel/transfer/change in Job.
You are running major period of Jupiter till 2022 and Jupiter placed in 5th bhava, in star of Rahu, who represents Mars in your chart (3L,8L).
Lets see sub period of Venus (2L,9L), who is in star and sub of Mercury. Mercury rules 10th in your chart and placed in 6th bhava. Both 6th and 10th rules out change in Job/Profession/travel. Current sub period of Venus up to August 2016 indicates chances of change in Travel/Place/Profession are not very prominent.
Chances of Transfer/Travel are more promising in sub period of Moon. Moon 10th in rashi but 9th in bhava, in star of Mars,3rd ruler. So Jupiter-Moon period after June 2017 may possibly generate chances for you to get transferred to your preferred location.
