Hi Learned Members
There are great cosmic forces going on in my Venus in my chart.
(1) In a survey of past great emperors, about 80% of the charts have either Venus or Jupiter in the Ascendant. 50% of these 80% has BOTH Venus and Jupiter in the Ascendant.
My Venus is in the Ascendant and boosted by Jupiter in Aquarius in the 8th via Jaimin aspects. In turn, because Jupiter is in its own Navamsa, a yoga is formed via Venus in angles aspecting Jupiter (this aspect is Parasara via the 8th aspect).
(2) Venus is in Pushya, the nakshatra of its birth. When a planet is in its birth nakshatra, not even Jaimini Shakthi Yoga formed by Moon+Rahu aspecting the 5th via Jaimini aspects and because Rahu is conjuncting Venus, not even that can destroy Venus because it is in its birth nakshatra.
Cancer and Pushya signifies also birth.......so destruction by the Shakthi Yoga is further prevented.
The combination of my Moon and Saturn, is already a Yoga because of Moon being the Ascendant Lord and Saturn in its own sign in angles, but because it is only aspected by a natural benefic of Venus in Pushya in the Ascendant, makes my Moon and Saturn a Raja Yoga (see my past post on another section for this Yoga).
(3) Venus is a natural significator for GK. It signifies cousins, where everybody is of equal standing, at once jostling each other, but also having a common bond. In my chart, Venus is GK, the sixth ranking planet in terms of degree traversed within a sign.
To be continued................

(4) My Venus is in the Shatiamsya division denoting 'Thorn'. Some minor obstacles but nothing untoward which cannot be overcomed.
(5) Venus is the Ascendant Lord for D6, D8 and D30 - all the malefic divisional charts. But it is also the Ascendant Lord for D11, D5, D45 and D24.
D24 for great insights into divine knowledge.
D11 for victory.
D45 for direct link with God (45 = 5 x 9 - denoting getting the dharmic forces of the 5th and 9th bhava and bringing to the Ascendant ie. starting from the 5th bhava and count 9 steps or starting from the 9th bhava and count 5 steps).
D5 for kingship.
The above more or less trounce the fact that Venus is the Ascendant Lord for D6, D8 and D30. Also in D30 Venus is in the 11th exalted. The 11th bhava is all divisional charts always give gains to the individual, whether the divisional chart is malefic or benefic in nature.

(6) I have the rare Yoga of getting moksha where Venus is placed in a sign (Cancer) which is 12th from the Navamsa Ascendant, and in the Rasi Chart, Venus in Cancer is a trine/angle (the Ascendant of Rasi Chart).
Two factors thus stand out :
(a) As it is Venus and not Jupiter that is involved, it means the path to moksha can be accompanied with some enjoyment on the Earthly plane (anything towards Moksha involving Jupiter like in this yoga or through Ketu in other Yogas normally denote some renunciation of worldly pleasures, especially Ketu). However, here in my chart, Venus is aspected by Saturn and Ketu in the 7th, so some tapasya is involved.
(7) Mars in Bharani, Venus nakshatra, can denote some emotional turmoil. But as Mars is a Yogakaraka, this can be overcomed.
(8) Saturn's aspect on Venus from the 7th in its digbala position denote accumulation of wealth through the native's own effort. But Saturn is retrogade and plus the Shakthi Yoga from Jaimini can put a dampen on Saturn's power. However, Saturn is a Yogi planet and Venus sterling position in Pushya in the Ascendant in Saturn's nakshatra.
On a nett assessment, I would say Saturn is destroyed more by the Shakthi Yoga than Venus is because of Venus placement in its birth nakshatra (birth is the opposite of death or destruction).
(9) The fact that Venus is in the Ascendant, the house with the greatest free will, shows that I have the complete liberty to determine the outcome of this planet.

Oh yes, I forgot an important point.
(10) My Venus is pure in Navamsa. It is not aspected or conjuncting any planets. Jupiter's 8th aspect on Venus in Navamsa is only a weak force - only 25% in strength going by true planetary aspect strength as confirmed by Wikipedia.

Note also Cancer, Pushya and Ascendant all denote birth. Venus also denotes rejuvenation from the dead.
That is why Venus in Pushya in the Ascendant is praised by the Ancients. Pushya being Venus birth place, imparts a greater life force to Venus.
In my chart, Jupiter also imparts the life force to Venus via Jaimini Aspect. Venus is also in its own Navamsa. And Venus is also found in the Yogi Point - Yogi Point can be considered also a rejuvenation point in the chart.

(11) Moon aspecting onto its own sign where Venus is placed, can only impart strength to Venus.

You can search the thread by Explorings under the title "Rare Yogas".
Basically it means that if the sign in the Rasi Chart is in a trine or angle with Venus or Jupiter in it, and in the Navamsa that same sign falls onto the 12th bhava, the person would attain moksha.

Okay, as luck or fate by the Gods would have it, I am reading a book on Palmistry by Sunita Chabra.
It is Hindu Palmistry.
There are basically two kinds of snake signs on the hand. One is that of the fangs of the snake, like a 'V' shape ('V' stands for Vishnu) but the arms of the sign are crooked so it denotes more like the fangs of the snake. This is the sign of Rahu.
The other one, which I want to bring attention to readers of this thread, and that is tied to the moksha Yoga involving Venus in my chart, just mentioned, is this.
The sign of special serpents among the Hindus is this. it is the same as the above serpent sign, and the fangs can be straight too (Vishnu and the chief serpent are greatly intertwined). The mouth of the serpent must open towards the 3rd finger.
[Chief Serpent because this serpent sign is found on the mount of the Sun, a good mount, and Sun personifies the trinity of Gods separated ie. Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva]
According to the palmist, this is a very, very rare sign found in the hands of famous and most respected personalities. It leads the person towards liberation of the soul.

The enjoyment part of Venus is given by the fact that I have petals of the flowers branching out from the heart and fate lines combined towards the end. The illustration given by the author is four petals in the diagram. I have three petals which makes it also look like a trident.
The author interpreted a trident on the end of heart line, a trident on the end of the fate line and the petals of the fate line and heart lines combined, separately in his book. Since mine is a combination of the fate and the heart lines, I will go fo for the interpretation via the petals of the flower. According to the author this gives wealth and luxuries towards the end of life. So the part of Venus fulfilling material ambition is thus also fulfilled since flowers (petals) come under Venus.
Earlier on the moksha part of Venus via the snake in the Sun mount, is because Venus is conjuncting Rahu in Cancer (a royal sign) and Rahu disposits the Sun and Jupiter via signs and Nakshatras in my chart.
Plamistry reflects the astrological chart very closely and completely.
