I am currently into Sales working for an IT company.(I am an IT Engg who has moved from Technical field to Sales & do not wish to work in the Technical field)
I am not sure what as to what I should be doing next for my career.
Should i continue my career into Sales/Marketing or change my field ? I am contemplating going in for further education ? What should be the subject for my PG ? Should I do it in India/abroad ?
Or alternatively should I look to get married now ?
Totally confused. Please Help !!!

Only at entry level that surprises me, if you had moved out from technical to new arena or challenge, you deserved a promotion, if you are working in the same company, if not done, than HR overlooked you?

thanks for your response.
I changed my company along with my profile that is why entry level.In fact, me getting into Sales & Marketing was relatively easy as compared to my previous profile. I feel this could be b'coz I was under Mercury AD from Aug 2012 & I decided to get change my profile around Nov-Dec 2012.
Currently, I feel that I am unable to see a clearer career path.
