About mother's property share

Just wanted to know some thing for my mother...

My father's ancestral property was under his name and 2 of his other brothers' names. They were trying to sell it for a long time but were unable to because my father's youngest brother is a cheat, he had taken my father's business money some years back, and was planning to be the sole power of attorney for this ancestral property. As fate would have it, my father passed away in september, and soon after his youngest sibling made himself the sole power of attorney. Now we are worried because we really want my mother to have something under her name as my father is no more alive. Also, a bank manager(whom my father and his 2nd brother knew) called up my father's second brother that his youngest brother has applied for 20 lacs loan against this property and whether he should pass the loan or not. My father's 2nd brother asked the bank manager not to pass the loan under any circumstances as they are planning to sell it. Then the bank manager suggested to lease the property under for 100 years.

Just want to know if my mother would get any money from the property as we would like to her to have a share under her name in such a difficult time.
