What I see is Mars in ascendant makes her Manglik. Since Mars rules 8th house, its aspect on 7th house is not good at all and will create obstacles. Venus, the signifactor for marriage is also suffering in chart as in conjunction with Sun in 12th house. However apart from these, I do not see there are any other issues in horoscope blocking marriage.
The reason I am surprised is, She was running Jupiter Mahadasha till February 2015 and Jupiter, being very important in female's horoscope, also rules marriage house in her horoscope. When Jupiter was in her 11th house in transit looking at 7th house last year and in horoscope too Jupiter is supportive for marriage based on Nakshatra and bhava chart, should have created opportunities.
She is running Saturn Mahadasha till 2034 now, however Saturn is not very strong for marriage as per bhava placement. I believe current transit is also not favoring much, Post August 2016 when Jupiter will move to her ascendant in transit, will look at 7th house again, hopefully this might open up opportunity again. Prayers and strong dasha-bhukti-antar hopefully will have her wishes come true next year.
