You have very good prospects of going abroad as you are running Jupiter Mahadasha and Jupiter is your 9th and 12th lord, placed in 9th house itself. you will have Jupiter-Saturn period for next 2 years which might create chances but Jupiter-Mercury period from December 2017 onward would be much better because Mercury is in Rahu's Nakshatra and signifies 3rd house of short distance travel.
