With or without Astrology, human experience show us that days will change. Secondly you never get what you can not handle. So have faith in HIM & observe patience. I know its difficult time for you but everything will be ok.
Now lets talk of ur chart. Prima facia I cudnt get why there is problem of such magnitude.
You get 2 planets Sat & Mars exalted. 3 natural benefics are in ur 7H. All trines lords and all angel lords are connecting, which indicates a gud life. Your spouse shd be handsome (Ven), witty (Mer), wise (Jup) person.
Though ur 7H/L are connecting to 8H/L in natal, Moon & D-9 chart which indicate some issues in married life, but I doubt whether it is break.
Aspect of Sat on 7H/L in D-1 & D-9 shd have given you delay in marriage. Plz share the date of ur marriage so that I can be confirm that I'm reading your chart correctly.

Apart from astrology, the following things struck my mind..
It is quite natural for a wife to be with the husband.
If staying with in-laws was part of understanding before marriage, i feel it a was just a speculation
from both sides. Your wife could have anticipated that " an understanding in-laws " could help
her stay with them for a while. Unfortunately, they did not match. I think that this possibility was not
discussed. Though your wife could have accepted to ADJUST and live with your parents during
talks before marriage, the real attitude was not disclosed. Quantifying adjustments is never
possible and people simply have wrong understanding about this. Generation gap remains UN-bridged,
unless and other wise both parties have a practical approach
If you are interested in protecting the marriage and thus have a peaceful life, you need to take her to US.
Agreements are not eternal. They have a shell life.

In your chart, Chandra doesn't have bhava lordship, your Chandra is just a sign lord

Giving up life should never be considered at any point of time irrespective of the disappointments. Matters relating to life and living only should be focused upon. Attitudes can be changed and definitions of happiness can be changed. What should remain unchanged is the acceptance of karmas with a positive mind.
In your chart Sun and Moon are in Mrityu bhaga while Venus is in mrita avastha, though vargottama and gains some strength.
Lagna lord Mercury is in the 7th with kendradipatya dosha. Its star lord Rahu is in the 12th.
The 7th lord is in the 7th house with the sthira karaka for marriage, Venus. The latter manifests its impact through the dictum ‘Karako Bhava Nashaaya’. I'm not an astrologer, but just the member of the forum. I know what you're going through, but please have faith in yourself and God, everything will be fine again.
I also completed my Ketu in April 2015, and it had given me so much of pain, especially the last 1.5 years.
Just one remedy I would like to tell you is that, offer milk or water to Shivling every Monday, give it a try, it really really helps. I've tried that and it really works. I suffered for 1.5 years, but after starting this remedy there is much much relief.
