Rahu MD with rahu in 6 - many problems?

I am about to start rahu md in 1 month,but already started facing many problems.
Rahu is conjunct with Venus in 6th house.

1)Lost job and finding difficult to find other job
2)Health issues -stomach and urinary problems -cannot eat and sleep properly
3)Marriage pending for long time and no signs of happening .

I dont see any direction in life and feeling very confused ..

Is there any hope ?Is this bad and how things will be further ? pls analyse
