Jupiter is the navamshaka lord of Saturn.
Jup himself is in the 5th.
I strongly feel Jup is capable to bring marriage to you (ie befor Saturn anther dasa starts ).
If not as SREEKANTH Sir told Saturn is allways there for you to bring marriage.

Unless there is something grave error in the time of birth given, I am wondering what is preventing marriage - especially the period April-Aug 2015 was so favourable for marriage.
Just to re-confirm the birth time, were you in a relationship between March 2013 to Feb 2014.
