the chart shows you have both depression and aggression. the health problem related to ENT and nech region will be there, which will not respond to allopathic medicine. So go for alternative medicine, like Ayurveda , Homeopathy etc.

You are a research scholar, and you too know pathological conditions the said ailment surfaces, igE levels when it is elevated beyond threshold level, it is very difficult to contain even with aggressive medications.
Though, from chart, I guess, your Chandra dasa is on, after Kuja follows, both are connected to 6th and 8th cusp(s)
If you are having issues related to soft tissues or even pertaining to Bronchial tree or Alveolie, check with Pulmonoligist/ Skin specialist, can you do Pranayyam and Kapalbatti ( it is rejuvenation to both mind/ blood)
If Lung specialist says o.k, hit kapalbatti, gradually increasing weekly, in a day perform, 50 at a stretch

Have you ever taken anti-biotics in your life before? Are you on Anti-Histamines now? Would you mind telling what in particular you are allergic too? Like types of food, Environment, pets or what?
Have you considered taking probiotics or any form of fermented food(Homemade curd, kefir etc..)?
Improving your gut fire/enzymes/bacteria and having your key vitamins (D, B Complex) checked and supplemented may help dealing with allergies.
This is just from my experience. May or May not help you. Hope you get better

Doctor is saying chronic idiopathic urtracia and can't be treated with antihistamines. We have to consider immunotherapy drugs due to drugs prolongness. High IgE is affecting all the body organs. So, immediate treatment is required. Symptoms were mostly dormant these many years. But, since July 2017, it has taken it's biggest ever form. Finally I got the dignosis.
