On analyzing your horoscope, I would recommend you to wear a Diamond. You may also go for its substitutes like White Sapphire, Phenakite or White Zircon.

For marital/family problems the remedy involves Vana Bojana (eating near forest or rivers). There are other remedies but your query isn't specific.
