I never thought I would ever post under this forum-topic but after a disastrous Jupiter Mahadasha and almost on the verge of nervous breakdown with everything gradually falling apart, I am compelled to ask if there is a birth rectification needed in my chart.
A few 'quick' details:
1991 - perhaps the best year of my life academically
1993 - Bad year academically
2001 - Initially 3/4th bad followed by 14th later half good. Foreign travel too.
2002-2003 August-end very good professionally.
2003 September- 2004 June - bad period professionally
2004 September - 2006 January - bad professionally. Foreign travel too.
2006 February - 2007 March - medium period professionally.
2007 April - 2008 October - bad period professionally. Relationship break-up.
2008 November - 2009 November - very good period professionally. However ankle injury in a road accident on 14th July 2009 Morning 7:30 am.
2009 December - till now - Horrible period all round. Quit my job in mid-July 2011.
Request you to kindly analyze my chart and please suggest any rectification if needed.

I feel ur chart is correct. I tried to relate your life events with timeline:
1991 - perhaps the best year of my life academically
Dasha: Mars-Ven
Mars is 10L and Ven is YK. In D-10, Mars & Ven are in kendra & in mutual aspect.
1993 - Bad year academically
Rahu dasha started. Rahu was transiting over natal Rahu, its always a time of havoc in life.
Plus it was time of sadhe satti. Sat was transiting over natal Moon.
2001 - Initially 3/4th bad followed by 14th later half good. Foreign travel too.
Rahu-Mer started. Mer, though is 5L but also 8L. In D-10, Mer is debilitated and nothing much can be expected from it.
2002-2003 August-end very good professionally.
Cudnt get it. Its goof time in profession in Aug 2002 or Aug 2003?
2003 September- 2004 June - bad period professionally
Rahu-Ketu dasha started. Ketu is posited in Lagna of D-10 but with 8L Jup and may give ok results or bad results.
2004 September - 2006 January - bad professionally. Foreign travel too.
Rahu-Ven started from Aug 2004. In D-1, Ven is activating 6-12 axis. In D-10, Ven is conjunct 12L Moon and in D-9 Ven is in 12H.
2006 February - 2007 March - medium period professionally.
Rahu-Ven dasha period. PD of Jup shd be ok as Jup is in Lagna of D-10. Sat shd be even better as it is in its own sign. But Mer can't be gud as its debi in D-10.
2007 April - 2008 October - bad period professionally. Relationship break-up.
PD of Mer is not gud for career.
From Aug 2007, Rahu-Sun started. Though Sun can give moderate effect as in D-1, Sun is in 10H from Rahu. But in D-10, Sun is in 5H and planets in 5H of D-10 generally do not give gud results.
2008 November - 2009 November - very good period professionally.
July 2008-Dec 2009 Its was Rahu-Moon period.
in D-10, Moon is 12L placed in 4H with 12L Ven and both aspect 10H of D-10.
However ankle injury in a road accident on 14th July 2009 Morning 7:30 am.
Rahu-Moon-Mer
2009 December - till now - Horrible period all round.
Jan 2010 Rahu-Mars started. Though as per my understanding Rahu-Mars shd give u ok results.
Quit my job in mid-July 2011.
From July 2011, Jup MD started. In D-10, Jup is 8L and may give break in career.

Mar 2013-Sept 2015 it was AD of Sat which shd have been ok
But next AD of Mer Sept 2015-Dec 2017 may not give gud results as Mer is debi in D-10 and placed in 8th from MDL Jup.
