Manglik/Kuja Dosha in Bhava Chalit Chart

I read that aspects should be analyzed from Rasi chart, but the houses should be evaluated from the Bhava Chalit Chart. I have a chart and what I see is that: in Rasi Chart, Mars is in 9th house. But in Bhava Chalit chart, Mars goes to 8th house. Now cancellation of Kuja Dosha does not apply in this case (I have checked it already), because Mars is a Maraka for Tula Lagna and both 9th and 8th house are houses of enemies.

My question is: is there Kuja dosha in this chart or not? To put it simply: if there is Kuja dosha in Bhava Chalit Chart and not in Rasi chart, then is there Kuja Dosha or not?

The classics say to interpret chart in respect of ascendent ,sun and moon.

It is always better to refer moon chart,even if mars does not cause manglic dosa,one may find indications of the manglic dosa ...

Thank you for the response Sir. There is no Mangal dosha from Moon or Sun in this chart. I also want to gather some knowledge regarding Bhava Chalit Chakra. If there is no Mangal Dosha from Rasi chart, but if there is Mangal Dosha from Bhava Chalit Chart, then is there Mangal Dosha or not. Please let me know.

Yes there is,
even when there is no apparent manglic dosa always look upon the 4th house/8th house for any other planet that may cause effect like mars.
