I would really appreciate if someone could help me.
What do we need to look at when starting a new business? They say Amrit Pushya Nakshatra is the best, but during the next 2 transits of the Moon over Pushya Nakshatra, the yoga will be Vyatipata and Parigha yoga, should we consider the Yogas as well, or not?

Namaste Jan, Mars will be debilated but Moon the Lord of Cancer will be in Cancer, does that mitigate it? Also, some claim that Venus and Jupiter will be Asth. I believe they need to be in the same house to be asth.
Do you have any other Muhurta suggestions? I cannot delay registering my business by 2 months.

Hi Jan,
It is very difficult indeed, all factors are never perfectly aligned. On the 27th Jupiter is highly combust, so I am not sure if it would be a good time.
The key issue is to know what shall we give priority to, vaara, tithi, nakshatra, planetary combinations, karana, yoga, etc...
My birth start is Revati 2nd pada

You are right that is a good day, Jupiter is still combust but all planets are strong in Navamsa.
Now as for time, what would be the best time? They say Shukra lagna lord is good for a business (as the business is also related to Shukra). The problem is if I choose Libra (around noon) then it is in papa kartari. If I choose Virgo, then Sun and Jupiter are in 12th and Moon in 8th, if I choose Scorpio, then Mangal is debilitated, and if I choose Dhanu then Mangal is in 8th (which is not advised). Aquarius and Capricorn we have the same issue.
They say, Moon, Mercury and Saturn, the planets signifying business should be strong and well placed.
So should be Shukra, IMO because the business is related to Shukra.
It's a tough one, I am leaning towards Scorpio, but Mangal is weak and Moon would be in 6th.
Virgo looks great but kendra and trikona are empty. Plus I need to check the Muhurta on the day (there is no Abhijeet Muhurta on Wednesdays).

The best approach to Muharta as I have learned is that it is to be construed as a BIRTH of certain venture/activity. So apart from loking a good nakshatra (and avoiding Rahu Kal etc) find a time, create a horoscope based on the chosen time and place and look at the strength of planets, Dasa/Antar dasas to follow with reference to that particular activity only. If muhurat is required for New Business there is no point considering factors which we would consider for marriage etc etc.
