Dear Seniors,

Please can you look at chart of my friend who met this tragedy last year.

DOB:3rd Apr 1978
POB: Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh)
TOB: 09:37 (morning)

He met with an accident last year on 23rd Oct 2014 and his both legs are now kind of numb. There was no sensation on both the legs after the accident (he was riding on 2 wheeler) until a month ago. Now upto knee he has some sensation but it is not as before he says. He needs support of 2 people even to get up and walk may be a few steps. So basically a man (tall and handsome), good natured, helpful, good education has met this tragedy just within 1 year of his marriage. Obviously he had to lose his job and is just survived by his parents.

Marriage date: 21st Dec 2013
Accident date: 23rd oct 2014

Can you look the charts and describe what planetary combination caused this and when are the good things going to come for him? Will he be able to walk as before?

If somebody can describe the things on the chart it will be great.

Regards....

Hi, sorry for your friend. The date of accident shows afflicted 11th house , which is house of legs. Sun-ketu conjunction in 11th house afflicted by rahu could have hampered the 11th house .

Karthik, thanks.

Is Sun the problem or Ketu? Or they both contributed to the problem; how do we determine that? And will he be able to recover is the concern!

Hi curiousguy,

The role of Mars and Venus are well known in the charts of accidents.
The chart should also have many other pointers for accidents.

Venus, the lagna lord also becomes a sixth lord for this Vrishaba lagna. Venus is
placed in 12th. Note Venus is one of the functional malefic for Vrishaba lagna apart from
the enigmatic jupiter and moon. In Drekkana, Venus is placed in 8th, in the sign of Mars.
In Shodasamsa D-16, Venus is associating with Saturn, who is a bhadaka for Vrishaba lagna.

Fourth house, the house of Sukha or Kshema, is occupied by the badhaka Saturn in its
enemy's house. Fourth house is under bandana from krooras Rahu and Mars. Fourth lord
is with the company of the nodes. Fourth lord has gone to the 8th from the fourth.

Moon, the lord of the third, secondary longevity has gone to the badhaka shetra and
aspected by maraka Mars from the third house, a house of travel too.

Jupiter is a dire malefic for Vrishaba lagna. He is placed in 2nd, a house of maraka.
All these planets of negativity for Vrishaba lagna were highly active during transit.

On the event day, jup / moon / sat was running. In the natal chart, Jupiter is placed
in maraka sthana, Moon is placed in badhaka sthana and saturn , a badhaka.

Tranist wise, Mars from 5 deg Dhanus was aspecting the dasa lord Jupiter. Transit mars was
transiting the 8th from lagna as well. Saturn, moon, sun and venus were all transiting the
6th from lagna. A special mention must be made here, the as natal sixth lord venus, was
aspecting the natal venus placed in Mesha.

Ketu / mercury were transiting across the natal Sun. The combo of mercury / ketu shows,
breakage of bones as per jaimini.

Trisphuta was hit by natal mars, an important point to note here. Transit saturn aspected
natal Mrityu very closely. Seven planets clustered around the dangerous points in trishoola chakra.

Can you please provide the exact time of accident ?

The timing of recovery part is a bit difficult.

truly,

Dear Vedic maths,

Many thanks to you for going through the chart(s) and deeply analyzing the planetary positions. My friend says around 6:35 to 6:45 in the evening.

I can gather more details should you need. You say that predicting the recovery part is difficult. But can we predict possibilities that he might have a good married life again. But Saturn I thought is auspicious as it is lord of 9th house. But you mention it is bhadaka. The next mahadasha would be Saturn's and I thought he would probably have relief.

Venus, though a functional malefic is also lagna lord. There is a rule that lagna lord aspecting its own house (lagna) is good. Does that rule not hold true here? Only 6th house lordship prevails? Or is it hard to predict.

You obviously have quite a command on jyotish and I am no where near you. I am just curious to know. Thanks again.

Hi curiousguy,

The tranit reveals more. As per the time of accident, Meha was rising in Rasi.
Mesha is 12th house in his natal. It has a clear link the accident. If you look
the rising sign in D-16 , it is more stunning. The tranist lagna was Kumbha with
Mars !. Kumbha . is nothing but a maraka to the fourth house of vehicles,Kshema
which is Simha. The role of Mars is clear. Aslo transit venus was placed in 12 th
to four in Cancer, along with saturn and aspected by the nodes. Sun the fourh
lord is placed in 12th to the four, which is cancer.

The hora running at the time of the accident was that of 'MOON', the AK !

The rule that the lagna lord promotes its agenda, should also be applied to its sixth ownership.
We all assume that everything can be seen rasi itself. Beyond this, vargas, the strengths, the
deities, behavioral aspect during transit and above all the hidden agenda determine the pattern.

When we try to simplify for our comforts, our vision gets narrowed down.
