Since its a borderline case its very difficult to analyse this chart for me.

if you have time could you have a look at my chart as well for love marriage? and quality of married life ?
chandralagna sir did a great analysis, still looking for a second opinion as i noticed some combinations for love marriage like 5L+7L conjunction , 5l conjucnt benefic , 7l conjunct natural karaka venus , benefics in ul , moon in 5th in libra , :)

The chart of the native has mixed combinations.
On one hand LL Sat is conjunct with 5L Ven & 9L Mer, one of the greatest Rajyoga; at the same time LL Sat is in 6H in conjunction with 6L Mer in very close deg.
Its gud that the native has not married as there is exchange of 7L Moon and 8L Sun, which spoils married life. From Moon, again 8L Jup is in 7H. From Karakamansha Taurs, 7L Mars & 8L Jup are in mutual aspect.

His Moon is severely afflicted as Moon is in 8H & get aspected by Mars & Sat. Though there is aspect of Jup too but its functional malefic being the 3L/12L.

His present dasha is Mars-Rahu
Mars is placed in 8H and is rashi dispositor of Rahu
After July 2015, when Jup will move to Leo sign, double transit of Sat & Jup will activate his natal 8H. Around mid Sept, transiting Mars will also move to Leo and thus dasha lords as well as Sat-Jup will connect to his 8H. This is the time to take care.

My venus which also is my 7L, thus a very important relationship indicator in
my chart is in 12th house, hemmed in by Saturn and ketu, and Saturn is aspecting my 7th H.
what do u learned astrologers guide me in my life related to married life and carrier. Which carrier should i take? i was thinking to go in technical + business field.

You've connection of 7H/L and 5H/L from Natal chart, Moon chart, KL and D-9 which indicates high chances of ur love marriage.

Both Jup & Sat are connecting to Leo sign. This is ur natal 10H and 10L Sun is posited here.
Thus you shd get results related to ur career.
Your current dash ais Mars-Ketu and Ketu is posited in 5H.
Generally planets in 5H (8th from 10H) creates obstacles in their dasha.

The same is reflected in Jamini Char dasha too. Your current Jamini dasha is Virgo-Pisces
Virgo contain GK Mer, DK Moon and get aspected by AmK Jup & MK Sat.
Plz aware whats going on ur career front?

Even without the knowledge of Astrology, we know from our experience that there is never ever the same situation for all the times. And its not very wise to think about so distant future. First lets watch the results of Mars-Rahu till Mar 2016.

Your sister's present Jamini char dasha is Cancer-Pisces (Till Aug 2015) then it'll be Aquarius AD till Feb 2016
Cancer is her natal 7H
In next AD of Aquarius (which get aspected by DK Jup) there are gud chances for her marriage.

From Jan 2016 onwards in the dasha of Jup-Sat, it shd be a very gud time for ur career.
In D-10, Jup is in Lagna & Sat si exalted in 2H.
Your career shd be related to government & it may include any financials or consultancy.
Marriage may come in Sept 2016 (in the Jamini AD of Gemini which is aspected by DK Mer)

How is the Net status of Mars in my chart ? in regards to wealth and obstacles/losses ( 8th and 12th house ) ? is it very bad , since it aspects them ? :(

it is both the darakaraka as well as rules wealth houses and aspects it , highly malefic in rashi but good placement , Benefic in navamsa but dangerous placement with rahu in 8th . vargottama , exalted in D-60 .

Can u plz tell if any financial difficulties/looses are indicated due to transit of jup in 12th from moon sign...especially when rahu joins from feb 2016?.
Transit are never so strong that the surpass they results of dasha planets.
Transit wise Sat & Jup are connecting to Leo sign, ur natal 10H and you've PD of 10L Sun so this time you may get something/some event/even talk related to ur career.

Mars is one of the most malefic planet for the Gemini Lagna.
You've written it right. Mars is vargottam, hence very strong.
It is in own nakshatra and also in mutual aspect with 8L Sat and is placed in 8H in D-1.
So there are many undercurrent that Mars is exerting.

How were the results of Mars as PDL in Aug 14-Oct 14?
