MY younger brother appeared for UPSC exam in India this year , however he is not selected in mains.
He is not able to study because our father is ill for the past 2.5 months and in hospital.
Would he be able to qualify the UPSC exam this year? how would be his career prospects ahead.
He is in very much tension.
His exam will be on 22 nd Aug then in december and then final interview in april 2016.

Hi, it looks tough for him to secure Government Job. His profession will be such where has to travel frequently.
