I am engineering professional with around 18 years of experience, recently completed 15 years with current company but still waiting on promotion. So far my career growth is really slow...So seeking guidance when i should look for new job or company or new field of work ? Also, I am always wondering when will i get good extended friend circle, why it's not happening with me naturally....
I recently started my Venus Mahadasha with my Venus with sun and mars in 12th in Aquarius.
Would appreciate any insights on my Birth Chart/ Vedic Kundli especially for my career and life ahead.

Moved to Indonesia from India in December 2018 for work. Have been working since. I am married to a foreigner and I have multiple debilitated lords in my kundli. Would it be okay to start a business or purchase properties in foreign country? Also I jam getting an opportunity to change jobs, is this the right time to change jobs? Thanks

My career and mental state is in extreme turmoil. I moved to California in 2010 to do my MBA. I joined a reputed company and had a great career. In Jan 2023 I was let go from the company when tech job market was bad. I went through the worse time of my life. I found another job in Sep 2023 but the work load was excessive and I was again let go in feb. 2024. I have been unable to find a job. I interview but get rejected in last round. I have a two kids and I don’t know what to do. I am horribly depressed. Can anyone please analyze my chart and tell me what is going on, please?

Respected peers, I quit my job in February 2024 and am doing a temporary part-time job in June 2024. I got a job offer recently but it requires a relocation to India, which I don't want.
