I have read and learnt a lot reading posts by learned members and one thing I have learnt is that 2/8/12 placement of AL, UL and A7 is not good for marriage sustenance. I believe I have this.
In lagna chart, AL is in 10th house, UL in 9th house and A7 in 11th house.
In Navamsa, AL is in 3rd house and UL & A7 are in 10th house.
Could you please provide your insight?
Also, please provide the traits of the spouse based on upapada.

I have been reading a lot about these too, and being a novice in this subject, I will an attempt at somewhat helping you decipher how all of these relates. Because I myself have my AL/UL in the 4th house, and A7 in the 3rd, although it's nothing similar to yours, but you get the point.
Also, respected learned members, If i am wrong please let me know, as I only intend to learn through my mistakes.
So to delineate all the aspects of AL/UL/A7 -
AL - what the world thinks of you, UL - The quality/condition of your marriage, A7 - How the world sees your spouse. Besides looking at their relative placement from each other, you should also pay attention to the Rasi (Zodiac sign) they are placed in. Also The Rasi Aspects on your AL/UL/A7 and the placement of their lord.
Finally I also think, we can introduce the concept of Argala into this, Since your A7 is 2nd to AL, AL is 2nd to UL and UL is 11th to A7, so one might say that; people's perception of your spouse has an effect on your image/reputation in the world. At the same time your Marriage (UL) has an argala on your A7, and being placed in the 9th house, I suppose we could say .. how you follow your dharma in marriage, has an effect on your A7.
I am not learned enough to comment on the good/bad of the situation, but I think the interrelation between them is interesting, to say the least.
Once again, I think I am overreaching my boundaries as a novice, so please forgive me if I have said/written anything that might have misinterpreted the classics/sutrams given by the sages.

You have rightly brought up the signs and aspects on the houses as well.
Rasi chart:
UL is in 9th house, Gemini. UL lord Mercury debilitated in 6th house. UL being aspected by Jupiter from 5th house. Mars, another enemy of Mercury, is looking at the UL. Might cause disputes with spouse.
AL is in 10th house, Cancer. Lord is exalted but in 8th house and aspected by the Yogakaraka but natural malefic Saturn. Mars also has its aspect here.
A7 is in 11th house, Leo. A7 lord is Sun in 6th house and with debilitated Mercury. Not a great place to be in. Jupiter does aspect 11th house and so does retrograde Saturn.
Now regarding Navamsa:
UL and AL in 10th house, Pisces. This house is quite strong having Jupiter in own sign along with friend Sun. Friend Mars aspects it.
A7 is in 3rd house, 6th from AL and UL, in Leo. Lord is strong with Jupiter but 8th from itself. Mars in A7 while Saturn is in sambandha with Mars.
Hope some learned members can help us get a little more understanding of the placements and also the how UL, AL and A7 being just 1 house away from each other add up.

Mars is 8th in Moon rasi. Could you please provide your insight on this, what deductions can be drawn with Mars in 8th and how this Mars affects the normal deductions we would have normally drawn?

I think my marriage will be love marriage and going through my chart there are some problems upon marriage and I have realized that despite all my belief in Astrology and knowledge about the subject, I will be so much in love with this person that her chart will not matter. Navamsa seems strong and will protect the marriage.
UL in 9th house (bhagya) and its lord debilitated in lagna - could you provide some more deeper interpretation of the chart? I do realize spouse will bring luck because 7th lord is also in 3rd house, 9 places away from itself.

In my opinion Revribhav ji, the marriage will not be possible until Jupiter - Saturn unfortunately, when Jupiter eventually comes over natal Mars (7th lord). November, 2019 onwards, there will be an ideal situation - a mix of Saturn, Jupiter and Ketu/Rahu axis over 7th lord. I assume marriage will only be possible then.
