I am working in Banking sector for past 10 years. However, I do not have a successful or fulfilling career so far and have not got any promotion in same company. Growth happens only when I change companies. I work hard and deliver but benefit/credit is taken by others. In my current job, things were fine till September 2014 and later on I stated having trouble. Since March 2015, I am having bad time in terms of my reputation in office and getting appraisal as per work done. It appears that growth options will not be good in this company despite the fact that I have worked hard and have delivered what was expected.
Apart from job, most of my other initiatives are also either futile or stuck at some place. Lot of money gets wasted.
One of my uncle who is astrologer told that I will have a very bad phase from 25 April 2015 till May 2016 because of Rahu and Shani. It may impact my health and job as well.
Request to give a picture of my career going ahead and overall if I need to take some corrective actions so that my initiatives do get executed successfully.
