Failing Health of Parents-Request Reading!!

I come to you with a chart of a person who has been struggling throughout his life-primarily on account of being an average achiever in life and someone who has not been able to find a partner till the age of 38 for marriage. He comes with a request to know about the immediate future in store for his ailing parents.

His Father recently suffered from a brain hemorrhage and subsequent clot in Nov'14 just one day before he was supposed to make a trip abroad. There was a period of slow recovery for his father and today his father is able to walk with assistance.

His Mother has recently been diagnosed with arterial damage in both limbs- has lost one eye due to diabetes.
