I really want to know as to why my marriage is not getting finalized?

through an arranged thing i was talking to one guy and he expressed openly that he liked me and i liked him too.but nothing got finaalized. It ended abruptly because my parents thought that the boys family was not very well off
the boy was in L.A.

My question is WHAT happened?when i was ok with everything because the guy was good and well educated and loved me ...
any chances of revival??? is it because of sade sati

Marriage is not promised in the native's chart. (dob:22-07-1988)
However, the efforts can fructify in the running Ju-Ma dasha bhukti (till mid july 15).
Post that Ju-Ra & the entire Saturn mahadasha is not favourable for marriage.

No no i have never been in any relationship and this was just for marriage and the match came through a dot com and we started talking in December till Feb.

Jupiter in seventh is a blessing. With most of the jupiter dasa gone, saturn dasa seems to pose problem, since
it is placed in sixth in navamsa. However, marriage cannot be ruled out in jupiter dasa.

Sade sati cannot be blamed as a reason, since many get married during sade sati.

I am sorry i just read this reply...just give me one day and I shall ask people about their opinion...
Just saying that I am a very submissive person... also that with very close friends we tend find the midway so its never like me forcing something authoritatively! I feel i cant do that... I am extremely indecisive hence most of my decisions are based on what people tell me... and at this stage of my life I am trully suffering coz of this.

My intention was to forewarn you in realtionships. Venus, being the most advanced planet in your chart, is associating with Sun, the planet of authority placed in its own house in navamsa. Venus is also the seventh lord in rasi. Seventh shows your partner. As already stated, jupiter being a planet of wisdom and benefic, could help you in balancing the
relationships.

Also in rasi chart Venus and Jupiter are in the same house however are many degrees apart so is this going to be bad (coz Venus and Jupiter are enemies) or are their energies not going to interact?

If astrology had been so simple to guide us in choosing the strongest graha if more than one is influencing an aspect in
our life, many of us could chalk out our future very easily.

Any graha placed in a house gives us intelligence based on its intrinsic nature. When saturn is in lagna, one is likely to
be very slow and sometimes dull. Such a dull person at the same time may posses huge knowledge about controlling
the prana and the breath.

Likewise, both venus and jupiter will give you knowledge about relationship and other seventh house matters. Not because
that jupiter in his enemy's house , he would forget his role and keep quite. Between them, the influence of venus on you
will be more , since venus is the ruler of your chart , being the atmakaraka. Venus is stronger than jupiter in many of
the balas.

Astrology is such a complicated subject, that a single planet cannot be assumed to bring an event. You are running the
dasa of jupiter and do you remember how did the antar period of Venus went ? the period comprises of almost three
years. Quite a long one to bring back everything that happened.

really agree and like your answer that if knew everything via astrology we could/would plan are life but its always the unexpected that keeps us going...
remembering my jup-venus period if not mistaken it was 2010-2012
and i did but my most expensive bags etc then.. although that was also the time when i couldn't clear any entrance for masters so had to end up in a pvt. colege.
ummm.. actually nothing significant expect for the luxury handbag...

What i want to know is when can i expect marriage?
from august i have jup-rahu period starting... i don't know i read somewhere that Rahu does give marriage !!

also since venus happens to be the most progressed planet in the chart ii should have ideally not been an authoritative person as i suppose my chart shows??

Isn't there actually a bit of a problem of having Jupiter in the 7th because of karako bhavo nashto, which kind of spoils relationships without any positive influences on it? In addition, I remember watching a video on youtube from Kapiel Raaj asying that jupiter is like a lamp, that is it lights what it aspects, but the space surrounding it is dark (the beneficial influences don't include the house it is in).

As per the periods given below, you can see the role of venus, a disappointment. Normally, one should
expect a strong relationship during its period. In practice, what one can observe is that it had not
( provided this dasa sequence is accepted ). Hence, left to me, my intention is to probe this venus further
and that was why i asked as to what happened during its antar, a long one.

Normally i do not apply that principle in totto, for the simple fact that unless it shows up as the only factor
in events. At the same time, i would not prefer to counter , until unless i am sure of what i say. The example
cited by you can be countered in many ways. Unfortunately, people give tricky examples to drive home their
point.

Lights are used to ' light ' the area around. It is the eye which drastically shrinks its 'iris' ( the aperture )
part when it tries to see the light itself. So the surrounding area appears dark , than the light itself.
It is altogether a different phenomen. We should be careful in understanding principles rather than accepting
it , the next moment. Cows , after eating grass, sit in a place and bring back the chewed foods from their
four chamber stomach for chewing it several times. The cow repeats this process many times.
