I am still confused! For e.g., someone who is born in Shani's nakshatra -
1. Janama rasi and trines to it are clearly benefic (Janma nakshtra mildly benefic and Budha's benefic)
2. Next sign and trines to it neutral - (Ketu's are malefic and Shukhra's are benefic) - Of this 3rd trine is 10th house, a quandrant, hence benefic
3. 3rd from Janma Rasi ard its trines malefic - Malefic Ravi's 3 paadas, malefic Kuja's 2 paadas against benefic Chandra's four. Out of this 2nd trine is 7th, a quadrant and hence neutral
4. 4th from Janma rasi and its trines malefic - malefic Kuja's 2 paadas, malefic Guru's 3 paadas against benefic Rahu's 4. 4th being a quandrant will be neutral.

Is the above correct?

Yes, its correct but that's not all. Let's assume you are Aries ascendant born in Pushyami, then your benefic periods like Venus would affect 1, 5 and 9th houses but so does the malefic Ketu dasa..it all depends on how well Ketu is placed. But if there is one more benefic in conjunction with Venus in 9th house aspecting Rahu in Ardra...at that point the malefic ketu will not damage the 9th house or its dasa will be weak with regard to all signs ruled by Ketu. Let me give you a tip - just imagine there are 4 planets ruling each zodiac- sign lord plus 3 nakshatra lords.

Thank you for being so kind and replying me by spending your time. You and other seniors here doing excellence by really lighting amateur members like me. You are absolutely right about facing good and bad periods. But knowing it before can help us to find shelter right? My dob is 02-01-91 2.15pm coimbatore. Can u in line predict good and bad periods?

Ketu dasa will be stressful, I don't want to eloborate anything beyond that - it depends on what you really want to do....you'll have plenty of time to do plan ahead for venus dasa which will be much better than Ketu dasa. Venus is in nakshatra parivarthana with Sun so except the sub periods of Sun, Ketu, Rahu and mars you'll do fine. If your time of birth is accurate then your chart has trikalagnana yoga which gives you an edge towards spiritualism....but it won't activate on its own like most other yogas in astrology.

My date of birth in nineteen seventy four. Twenty eighth of august.
The coordinates of birth place are 16.9300° N, 82.3300° E. All my 2, 4, 6 and 8 nk lords are placed in 12 /6 axis. Currently running rahu MD will end soon. My Sade sati will start as soon as great Saturn moves to the 4th pada of anuradha. Could you kindly throw light if at all its any use of me putting efforts to start a career.

Mr. Satish,

R. Santhanam published Satyacharya's work long ago which I read long ago and as far as I recall, it did have many slokas. Not sure if it had the full Sanskrit content or just portions. Earlier books tended to hold back the original verses, particularly those books aimed at English-speaking readers. Gradually, thank god, more transparency evolved

some hidden meaning as sanskrit is a different language.
