Hello!

i hope this is the appropriate section to post this query.

i wished to know whether a subject could be suggested regarding her/his diet and its elements? i mean, whether s/he can be advised on what to eat and want not to, on a personal basis (notwithstanding the 'desh' & 'kaal' factors). sorry, but i have almost no knowledge about astrological principles, so please be a little gentle on me.

i have been seriously contemplating eating eggs, since atleast an year now. i engage myself in strength-training and martial arts practice, and have been falling very much short on the calorie and nutrition fronts, esp. protein. i somehow manage every-now-and-then, but its not sustainable i feel. am a lacto-vegetarian. i have eaten eggs occasionally earlier, just to pull through, but couldn't/didn't continue for that 'guilt' kind of feeling inside, plus the feeling that i will somehow make for it. but now after reading up much on it, and understanding that most poultry eggs that we get in the mkt. are unfertilised, i have been wondering on what to do. supplements seeing steady rise in price are out of my reach, and vegetarian alternatives can't be had every other day (expensive + preparation, etc.). i would be eating absolutely out of need & requirement, and not for taste, and only on the days that i will be training. i would be concerned as to what feed the hens are given here. enquiring with the local seller was of no use. only got to know that the eggs he gets originate at Hyderabad. i haven't had any spiritual initiation (though long for it), but do infrequently read a Stotra and Chaleesa. please suggest, as i have been oscillating between this-and-that for far too long now. sometimes it comes to my mind to keep going through as it is, and at other times, the saying 'do what is necessary' echoes in my mind, with the justification that you would be eating not for your tongue but for the need. want to strike a balance between doing less-to-minimum harm as much as possible, while taking care of urgent needs. not very excited at the prospect, but willing to do, again, what i deem or perceive as 'necessary'.

please advise.

TIA!

The soft and benefic planet i.e. Venus, has two agressive planets i.e. Saturn and Mars next to it. IMO, you should follow strictly vegeterian diet and follow a pure life style whatsoever be the demanding situations.

Thanks Swarnim ji! i have had unsavoury experiences in the past within days when i ate them, may be am being superstitious about it, but have always had this doubt whether deviating from the norm in my lifestyle and eating habit(s) could be one of the possible reasons for them?! taking it up as a challenge to keep at it without resorting to consuming anything that has not been a part of my diet (& going against what's perceived as a 'norm'/'must'), and towards what am not inclined has always felt a bit inspiring to me; plus, my body is already the heat-producing type, and eating eggs gives a peculiar hot kind-of feeling in my nose.
anyway, i will search for & include a variety of other (lacto-vegetarian) foods in a diet-plan, in lieu of going the 'easy' way. thanks again!
