Thank you very much Swarnim ji for the advice. Is there any possibility of unemployment in my chart in next few years? I am curious because I want to purchase a house, but want to make sure that I have steady income for next 10 years so that I can repay the loan. Can you please guide me?

It is helpful being in the maha dasa of Jupiter and antar dasa lord Mercury is placed in the ascendant. You can face some stress to job, home during Jan and Feb and during March / April there will be chances for improvement in profession and finances.

Thank you Sujit ji. So I need to be little careful during Ju/Me ! I have one question, I lost my father in Sept 2014. Though he is a chronic neuro patient, his demise happened unexpectedly with out any hint and he passed away with in 15-20 min. I have been thinking that he will be ok till my Ju/Me is over and Ju/Ke may give him a problem. I did not understand, why Mercury, being my lagna lord and in lagna, has taken away my father?
You are correct. Loss of father is not dasa result.

Your chart is not the primary component factor to indicate the death of your father. Still dasa / antar can show
death of father. Mercury ,is the 8th lord in Dwadasamsa , who can show troubles to father. Mercury is also
placed in the house of maraka associating with nodes. There are other transit indicators too.
Did your father pass away sometime in the Sep-10 to Sep - 18 period ?

Thanks you very much for the response.You are very precise. Its Sept 11, at 10pm approx. - Is there any thing specific in Sept10 - 18?
In fact his health started deteriorating as soon as my Ju/Me is started. But i thought, since I had a good time during Ra/Me, Ju/Me would not cause any harm to him. But it happened the other way round. I am not understanding why Me did not trouble me in Ra maha dasa but caused this loss in Ju maha dasa?
Would Ju/Ke also be more stressful?
Since my birth time is around 6AM plus minus 5min, and I do not know the correct way to rectify the birth time properly, I never looked at divisional charts.

You may continue to use your birth time and as such there is no need to apply correction. Yes, i used the varga chart.
Basically, mercury is the 8th lord to your ninth house. So one can anticipate loss of father or Guru or teacher.
As far as your chart is concerned, you were having sadesati, rahu was transiting 8th from 9th, mercury was also the
same, sun was tranisting 7th from 9th, mars was aspecting the ninth and moon was in naithana tara ! on that day.

Thanks Vedicmaths ji for the information. I tried to look at the d-12 chart of mine in Jagannath Hora, but I am getting Capricorn Ascendant in d-12, instead of Aquarius. I used the default settings and found Me and Ke in different houses. Can you please let me know which software/settings you use to create the d-12 charts?
