Alright let's get to your questions.
The horoscope has three pillars, the sun the moon and the ascendent. For Raja and Dhana Yoga's to fructify well you need a strong, well placed moon. There is a stanza in one of the Classic Texts that goes something like: when the moon is weak, raja yogas run away like elephants fleeing from a lion. That said let's look at your moon. Moon is in 6th house, in close proximity to Mercury. Now this is usually not good, such an association of moon and mercury usually leads to instability of the mind. Plus both of them are in the Nakshatra Bharani, a cruel nakshatra, which can lead to such thoughts, this is however diminished due to the combustion of the Lord Venus. Add to that, Mercury is a malefic for scorpio, being 8th and 11th lord. Furthermore, moon is aspected by both saturn and mars from the 12th house. So to sum it up, moon is in the 6th house, conjunct close to the 8th lord who is mercury, aspected by 6th lord from the 12th, and in nakshatra of 12th lord. Hence all the dushtana houses and lord are connected by placement and aspect to the moon. Furthermore, dire malefics, saturn and mars both retro aspect it from the 12th house. Saturn also aspects moon's house. One good thing, is that it is also aspected by Jupiter. However, Jupiter is retrograde and in nakshatra of venus.. who is again combust, and Jupiter is powerfully aspected by saturn.. weakening him. Also, in the shadbala breakup, Jupiter has very negative, in fact the lowest, drigbala, rendering his benefic ability not too strong.
In Navamsha, moon is lagna lord debilitated and again aspected by Mars. We see, that moon is weakened considerably. One point to note, is that Venus plays a large part in your chart, it is the dispositor of 5 planets including lagna lord, nakshatra dispositor of moon, merc, jupiter, however is severely weakened by it's proximity to the sun, and is also in the nakshatra of the sun. I would say strengthening your venus would definitely be very good.
Your 10th lord sun is in the nakshatra of moon, due to the latters placement and weakened dispositor this may lead to quarrels and setbacks in career. Moon is your Atmakaraka, the significator of your soul. Since the AK is in such a dire situation, being the 9th lord of the chart, it indicates, that there are some deep karmic routes related to the problem.
However, not everything is that bad. Venus is exalted in 9th in your navamsha, conjunct saturn and aspected by Jupiter. Your 10th lord of rashi sun, is vargottama. Navamsha lagna lord mars in 10th in own house with rahu, excellent, being a yogakaraka too. You are currently running rahu MD and Jupiter AD. Also Ketu mooladasha. You see, jupiter being retrograde, aspected by retrograde saturn both in rashi and navamsha, makes things delayed and difficult. Changes may start to come by around when it will be saturn AD, and Saturn mooladasha will start, although they will be mixed.
Relationships are very troublesome, you have to work very hard on those.
I suggest you strengthen your moon and venus, and pray to Lord shani. Try to go towards spirituality.
