saturn and Jupiter in 5th and sun,Venus, mars in 11th mutually aspect. What could this signify? Read somewhere that sun aspecting Saturn is not a good thing. Is this correct?

Comments anyone?? I read a recent post by someone who has had no affair in 29 years. Mine is a very similar case except that I am now approaching 34th year. Could someone comment about marriage timing and life post marriage? Some say it would be good and I believe that but it sometimes I get doubtful as it is getting really late. Also what would mutual aspect of 5th and 11th planets signify?

To me, the chart appears tricky. Sun , mars and venus are very close. Sun and mars could generate lot of heat in the body.
Venus being the lagna lord is being influenced by these two grahas. Lagna is trined closely by Saturn and ketu, which
can be seen in navamsa. I think, saturn and ketu in navamsa lagna plays an important role in your life.
How was saturn / ketu and saturn / sun periods ?

I have a lot on my mind. So might sound a bit rough. Don't take it personally. It's just that I want to make sense of the miserable life going on since the last 6 years (yeah earlier it was better). Also, I am including bits of palmistry and numerology as well as I follow them too.

You bet Saturn plays an important role in my life. I have a destiny number 8 numerologically so delays are expected. and it is supposed to give very good results after the age of 35(per numerology). However, Saturn is the 9th rasi lord and is debilitated in navamsa. Is that very bad?? I read some posts which suggested that debilitated in rasi and exalted in navamsa is better rather than the other way round. So one simple question here is whether debiliatation in navamsa of 9th lord Saturn(which by the way is yogakaraka) indicate bad luck/miseries for me? My horoscope is Shudh (no malefics in 6,8,12) so astrologers back at my village don't see anything wrong as such though one said there would be a 'feeling' that progress is missing even though life gets better after marriage. I couldn't cross check with him then but could it be because of debilitation of 9th lord in navamsa? Could it be that exalted lagna and all mean nothing when 9th is dull? Does Jupiter(which is in exchange with mars) with saturn in navamsha make any difference?
My saturn dasha ended in 2008. It was a very good period. I was posted abroad from 2006 till 2008. Amazing thing is exactly around the time Saturn dasha came to a close, project got finished and I came back to India from my deputation. I did try to go abroad the very year but didn't have the courage as there was lots of risk involved(in hindsight it was probably because I was told to be careful with speculation for couple of years by a palmist considering the island on my fate line around the 30 age mark). Now I wonder if I had gone then would things have been better? Foreign job means better marriage prospects usually no? Well, that is past and now I only keep thinking about what if I did this, what if I did that, what if I married the girl whose proposal came 2 years ago etc etc. which is the worst part of it. I would like to stop worrying and start living. But things aren't really moving and I find it hard to put my mind straight on any one thing. It is a disaster.
Worst part is I don't mix much with people let alone girls. It is not introversion. It is some sort of pride that I have. Like I want to be taken seriously. Like people (friends, relatives, elders) should respect me without me having to prove anything. Low tolerance for someone trying to mock me. Usually, everyone does these things to a friend at some point of time. But I usually try to avoid such people altogether. I now feel the futlity of these defensive mechanisms. What good has it done to me? A better friend circle/office network would have meant a happier life and a satisfying job too. I am just left wondering with questions in my head. Perhaps the universe is trying to teach me a lesson here..
Lastly, talking of girls, forget having an affair. I avoid making eye contact(it is not shyness .. see pride above

After going through your plain write-up, i am able to understand you as a person. Where i find difficulties are
how these manisfestaions could be explained through astrology before you explain. That was what i meant as "tricky".

I find the term " shud" being used in kerala often. I have a few of my kerala friends who are having diffculties in
getting married because of this. They go looking for shud jatakam and finally land up in none. Though i don't want
to point fingers at astrologers, many of them bias the parents even before their children are due for marriage.

I use a different ayanamsa ( i am not averse to other ayanamsas ). Your navamsa lagna is Taurus with saturn and
ketu placed there. So rahu in the seventh in navamsa is a big issue. Raho, often misleads one.

Then why astrology talks about "graha yudha "? one winning , the other loosing etc.. In your case,
dasas of neither graha has gone through. So the only option is to find which graha out of the three
has helped you more and how ? Out of the three, Venus is of more important, since it is exalted lagna lord.
My attempt is to see how more number of planets in eleventh has fortified the chart? The role of venus ( as dasa
lord ) would start only when you are fifty, then sun at 70 and mars at 86.
Venus's antar during saturn dasa was during your studies. Then its antar in mercury dasa has gone a waste,
since you were ready for marriage agewise, but it did not happen. So what is the use of venus as lagna
lord exalted in 11th ?

So what could be the root cause of the problem ? i feel it is some sort of reclusivenss has caused this. Unless
one "engages" girls, any relationship with them will not develop or continue. Saturn dasa running during
your youth could be real reason for staying away from people.

To answer your questions, I started looking for a girl when I was 29, that too when I insisted(arranged marriage of course). Thing is my sister too has a shudh horoscope and her own set of criteria so her marriage took 2-3 years. After that my number came. It is not that i didn't get matching horoscopes but I didn't like the few which came. Relatives suggested otherwise but I was pretty stubborn. I link the partner would be with my ego so she has to be good looking not just because I want it that way but also so that people think I got someone better than I should have got. I guess this is not abnormal. There would be many out there who think similarly. My parents didn't get the horoscopes checked before beginning to look for a partner but were told in the beginning itself that it will be difficult. I was not going to relax my criteria just because I got a warning.

I am not happy at all. Salary is not bad however life is miserable. I could afford a car but don't even have a bike. Not that I need either of it now. Just saying. Still staying in a hostel(PG) even though I can afford a 2 BHK easily. Here there is some company plus food is available so don't have to go out everytime for food(I don't like cooking myself). Just saying how my present life is.

In August 2010, I moved to Chennai to join a comoany. exactly 2 months later in October I got Jaundice and came back to my parents to recuperate. It was my stay in Chennai alone that made me think of marriage. I was never away from home/been to boarding school, hostel etc till then you see. So yeah i will say around september/october. I eventually left that job in June 2011 and since then have been in Bangalore. Not exactly great here too professional satisfaction wise.
Don't worry about relation with girls in any period/decade. It is as I said earlier - ZERO:). But when I think of 96-98, I kind of feel good. last days in school and all.. Best days of life for anyone I guess<sigh>. Father did alright that time. Healthwise he is still ok(touchwood).
I left for UK on 7th Oct 2006 and came back in Aug/Sep 2008(exact date I don't remember).

Not research but of analytical nature. Yes matching my education and qualifications. Yeah salary is ok(not great considering my no. of years of experience). I would say general displeasure(boredom) with the work. In fact I think this 9-5 work sitting in a corner is what irritates the most. Not many friends, lack of a love life etc could be one reason although given a choice I would like to start something new altogether more like self-job/business etc. I have no clue right now about how, when, what of it though.

So, the next influlence of venus will occur in June-Aug of 2015, when jupiter would be moving through leo,
aspecting the dasa lord mercury with moon's company. This is a slot which can be used to choose your partner.
But i am not confident of the quality of married life since venus comes under the Mars-Saturn axis in rasi
and Saturn-ketu - Rahu axis in navamsa. Frictions are certain.
Dasa of yoga karaka Saturn and antar of exalted lagna lord venus during your school days kept you good which
is in line with basic principles of astrology.
Nodes across the 4/10 axis in dasamsa would never give you comforts in your profession. Mars antar starting from
sep-2015 could give you a change of job.

Thanks Vedicmaths. Do you think Sep 2015 would see a change of job and change of career? Could loss of job be possible? I am losing interest in current job day by day and if I do not get a new job before September, it may mean termination by company as well

Since mars is placed well in rasi and in lagna in dasamsa, the change could be seamless. I see no break.

Thanks Vedicmaths. That is a great reassurance. I seriously want to settle down this year and am making all out efforts towards it. You won't believe how people help me out. There is a Christian male colleague in my company with whom I just happened to have a short acquaintance(bus colleagues). Was surprised one day when he said I was in his prayers for marriage. Even though I did not convey in any sense my frustration etc but he must have seen through the fake smiling appearance I put up. Similarly, another of my friend has his mother do a pooja for me in a nearby temple. This is apart from the Pooja my family is doing.

Ketu in tenth can reverse things and hence breaks / change of job will be a common feature. Rahu, in the fourth
longs for freedom having desires to cross the boundary or draw one's own boundary. Ketu , has the habit of renouncing
and hence breaks. Ketu is also headless which can make the person quit the job in a sudden fashion.

I googled and yeah Rahu/Ketu in 4/10 seems to indicate the situation I am going through but this is n Rasi not in Dasamsha(quoting from a website below.. can't include links here.. if you search parts of this text you will get to the website).

There is not much information on 4/10 axis of rahu/ketu specifically in dasamsha. However, I could see some results such as "Ketu in 10th in ideal conditions can give self-realisation as in the case of Sri Ramakrishna" and also others which show Barack Obama has Rahu ketu in 4/10 in dashamsha. Amitabh bachchan has ketu /rahu in 4/10 (considering aquarius lagna rasi.. his lagna is a different question altogether)..
In my case dashamsha lagna lord is again rasi lagna lord (venus) and well placed in own house(am still using parashara). 10th lord is shani placed in 5th just like in Rasi and 11th lord Jupiter seems also good in 4th.
Now I am going to sleep feeling good about it. Don't ruin it by finding negativities please:) (I know childish yeah but so be it)...

I thought of making you awake at all times..never allowing to go to sleep night or day. But , after some deep

I guess you meant that in a positive manner. To overcome inhibitions and have a burning desire for something..
Actually it is good that you feel dashamsa has problems. If it was interpreted as good, then one could get complacent thinking anyways nice things are going to come. However, not sure whther 4/10 placement always is bad. As I mentioned there are cases with this placement who have done very good in career as well. Of course, they have other planet placements but surely Ketu in 10th cannot be ignored in their case as well. I am saying nothing is written in stone. It is all upto the individual. If he knows his/her shortcomings and is willing/working to improve him/herself day by day then surely there is a different future. I would even attribute luck to a persons character and behavior(to some extent). These may be very difficult to change but effort and pain/self realization can make it possible.
I feel it is the doubt that soothsayers put in the minds of people that does more damage than would have otherwise happened. If you have seen PK you would catch my drift.
I will be ever hopeful of a better morning after the dark night not by sleeping over the issue but trying to be a better person every new day.
