Am running venus mahadasha since 2009 ...would like to know is it advisable to settle abroad or stay back in own country

DOB 8.45 am new delhi

I do not know which is strong planet for career mars or mercury as final dispositor or venus...because of which i can decide upon my career if at all i move abroad
