sir,
I have two questions.

1. i read somewhere that in cancer lagna -no vipreet raj yoga is formed.
that is, if jup in the sixth house also it is the owner of the same no vipreet raj yoga is formed.

2. to form a raj yoga a malefic planet should occcupy the 6,8,12th house. In the above case jup being a benefic planet cannot form a vipreet raj yoga

please clarify. the above questions are with regard to the following horoscope, for ur ref.
