Jupiter Playing Dual Role?

Dear Guruji,

I had a query since long i.e Is my Jupiter afflicted. 1)) Jupiter is in its mooltrikona sign aspected by Saturn and they are 10 degrees apart.

Please explain me this.

Jupiter is also in Ketu Nakshatra Moola.

I have a fatty liver and liver related issues I had faced many times. Does it indicate my Jupiter is bad.

2) Jupiter owns two kendras and placed in 4th. Jupiter placed in 4th house creating Hamsa yoga. Is Jupiter a Markesh in my case? Jupiter owns 7th house. One this is two be noted here isLagnesh Mercury is Neutral with Jupiter but Jupiter is Lagnesh enemy. Jupiter is also getting Exalted in Navamsha. If we read it Like rashi chart then lord of 3rd and 12th house both malefic house lord is placed in 7th. So please clarify my doubts as how should I predict Jupiter. Is he capable of being a death inflicting planet for my case.
