Would my charity ambitions be fulfilled?

I am very much interested in engaging in charity in a big way - like starting an orphanage, oldage home etc.
I would like to do this with my own money instead of asking for donations from others.
I am currently running Sani mahadasa, Rahu antardasa.
Based on my horoscope

a. Will I gain enough wealth to be able to do this?
b. When this will likely to happen?

Dear gopinathc.
In my view charity if seen as an ambition is hard to fullfil.
It only happens if it is a goodwill/ empathy emerging from the deepest corner of heart.
and does not require a threshold " high wealth" to fructify charitable endevours.......but rather empathy in heart.

Shilpaji is quite right on this comment.
I agree to this.

Noble causes always start small and without much practical thought about resources, wealth, time, effort etc.,
The pure intentions alone are the biggest drivers for any noble cause.
As you progress along - the like minded will join force and things will emerge/progress, problems solved.

Also don't wait for any good time.
Now is the time.

Vedic astrology like K.P. System, is a science.
