Flase Court Cases filed by sister-in-law - When it shall end

My brother was married on 06.05.2011. It was an arranged marriage. Since then, my sister-in-law got to stay with my brother for only 4-5 months. In Dec 2012 she filed a FALSE case against my brother and whole family members. The case is still running in court. Since then we are being harassed by her and her. They are demanding a huge sum of money. Becasue of this harassment, my mother passed away. We are going through much tension and huge loss of money.

Her DoB is 14-Apr-1986
ToB is 20:45 and

Please suggest me when they will get divorce and when the court cases will end and we will get a relief.

the problem is in the girls kundli. 8th lord is moving into 7th house creating havoc for partnership and 6th lord is moving in 5th house further destroying any chance of a loving relationship. the girls kundli is not so good for marriage. also it doesn't seem like compatibility was checked at the time of marriage. that should be done.

Both the horoscopes are indicative of lot of pain, humiliation, litigation and scandalous events. Both have very serious afflictions to married life. Litigation is likely to continue for long unless an out of court settlement is tried. For the boy, better terms of settlement (lesser expenditure) may be possible if settlement is done between Jan - May 2016.
As rightly pointed out by Shilpa ji, there is lot of aggression and anger which implies lot of Karmic debts to be paid.

Your brother is running major and sub period of Jupiter and Jupiter is 6th bhava lord, placed in lagna bhava. Jupiter in Nakshatra of Ketu, who signifies 10th bhava lord Mars and 8th bhava lord Saturn in his chart, So Jupiter indicates break in marriage through its signification of 1,6,10 houses.
