Issues with Gazetted Officer

Dear All,

I am posting the details of one of my relative. Though he is in a government job on a gazetted post he has faced a lot of issues in professional life. He appeared for direct recruitment exam on a higher post in the same organization and cleared it but ran short of 1.5 marks in the merit list with the result that he wasn't selected. Now he is age barred to take the exam again when the vacancy comes.

When he applies for deputation, the same is rejected by the parent organization as he is not in good terms with his reporting authority (a lady) who, every year, spoils his ACR.

Others who were on deputation coming from other organization to this organization on the same post on which he is, have been absorbed on a higher post that him.

Avenues through regular promotion are limited as there are others in seniority list and it will take years for him to go above.

He is undergoing a lot of stress due to the above-mentioned. His talent has never been recognized. He possesses the higher level of qualification (Phd), has a sharp mind and a thorough understanding of the subject he is involved into, but these issues are making his life miserable.

May I request you all to take a look at his chart and indicate the possible period of promotion/deputation etc. Also please suggest remedies that can possibly be undertaken for the same.

If you are analyzing through K.P., infact you did with couple of charts,
time of birth is fine.
If you notice 10th cusp and 11th cusp sub, you will get a clue.
If you see true bhava Guru i.e lagna lord in badakstana
Rahu aspects lagna lord in nirayana chart
look Shani and Kuja same degree
Ravi doesnt lord in this chart
Ketu lording from Cancer apprx 24 deg till end of Leo.
Budhs is placed with Guru and Shukra in house of conflicts
11th bhava sub is Rahu

I will try and explain using vedic astrology

Presently native is under Rahu Maha dasa operating from 09.06.2002 till 06.08.2020. Rahu both in rasi and d-10(chart of career of pahalam) are placed in the 12th house which denotes delays, ups and downs,losses.Rahu is with A9(arudha of the 9th house) which can be termed as house getting connected to luck,promotion,father,boss,higher education.Rahu placed in kumbha would delay or deny all the activities connected to this house as it is the natural house of badha(obstacle creating house) and we also find that for his lagna Mercury would become the badhakesa placed in the 7th house along with Venus the house of Upachaya(3rd houe) and house of obstacle(8th House). Hence the combined period of Rahu-Mercury started creating issue with respect to the natives promotion or other activites connected to his career. Mercury the badhakesa for the Meena lagna native is also having GL(power and authority) and this is also under the control of the badhakesa hence the native is unable to climb up the ladder in his organization. When badhakesa conjoins another planet which is Venus here it would also instigate the planet to create troubles. Here Venus is the planet connected to women and this women being the lord of the A6 also has become enemy to this native.

Thanks for the feedback. If I take Aquarius Lagna, 9L and 5L in 8H is indicating towards the research work in higher education. Sign exchange of Mars[10L] and Moon[6L] and Nk exchange of Moon and Venus is showing that he is reporting to a lady boss. May I know his educational background and the subject in which he did the P.H.D?

The person has'' Vigyan Yoga'' if I take Aquarius Lagna because of Moon[3H] and Venus [8H] Nk exchange. As per this Yoga the person is well versed in Science[Vigyan] with lot of interest in research and new inventions.

Hi SL,

The reason for his career problems is very clear in the chart: 10th lord, Jupiter, is in the 8th house aspected by 2 natural malefics Saturn and Mars (both debiliated). But as Mars as 9th lord is aspecting Jupiter, it is forming a partial raja yoga, and 5th lord, Moon, in mutual aspect with Jupiter is forming another raja yoga, so it is good from that angle and promises success after hurdles.

With Pisces Lagna 10L in 8H aspected by 9L[Mars] and 5L[Moon] is a Very strong Rajyoga. Mars[9L] and Moon[5L] are in sign exchange involving 5H and 2H is a very strong Dhan Yoga. 11L Saturn in 2H is also a very strong Dhan Yoga. Moon and Venus nakshtra exchange involving 2H and 7H should have made the person very romantic by nature.

With Aquarius Lagna 10L in 6H[disputes] under the sign exchange with Moon, the 6L appeals me.

This brings me to the questions:

What are the broad combinations for a gazetted post under the Government?
If sun is afflicted (as in his case), Can a person still get to a top government position?
Is Sun Saturn conjunction considered to be an affliction for getting a government job, more so when sun is the LL, or, going by the logic that Sun Saturn conjunction is authority karma conjunction, will it bestow some high position of authority and responsibility?
