I'm looking to buy a home at my native place. I have taken few trials to visit some open lands or ready made houses. But did not materialize .

You are trying to conclude yourself, for those which I havent stated.
It is like this, say if you have a girl or boy in your family.When at the age of 3 yrs, kindergarten..than K.G..than 1st std till X std of school division. Will you try to do induct your children directly into X std at age of 14yrs. Is it possible?
There are certain conditions to be fulfilled to go to X std, similarly in your case efforts required, asset management planning, environment etc comes in.So what I stated period, you would do your efforts and will achieve

I'm not very sure about the time. But that was the time told by my parents that it was between 6 and 6.10 am.
