New Job timeline?? Please advise

Dear learned members,

I have a query regarding job. I was in a very good job which ended in Dec 2013 after almost 4 years. Throughout the job I had some opposition and problems from a few colleagues. Now I am trying to look for a job again- when do you see strong chance of the same? Also would i have to change place of residence( city/ country for the same?

I would really appreciate help as am getting a little dejected. Please give your advise.
