Match of 3rd Nakshtra from Girl's nakshtra

Dear Members,

I have read that 3rd nakshtra frm the girls nakshtra should not be considered for match making. Would like to know views from members. Also, please help me with this match.

Me: 1st Aug 1968, time : 4.17 pm, Place: Trichur, Kerala (Nakshtra : Swati)
Guy: 7th Aug 1973, time : 10.25 am, Place: Mumbai (Nakshatra : Anuradha)

His Nakshtra is 3rd from mine.

I feel that dosha matching in the horoscopes like mars dosha, rahu ketu dosha, etc and horoscope matching on other points are of utmost importance and if in that aspect, there is matching, this aspect can be ignored.
Actually these are given undue importance I feel though the former is the most important one to be seen.

Thanks Dev. I dont know how to match mars, rahu-ketu dosh. We both have mars in 8th house. Also, Rahu-Ketu falls in same house for both i.e. 4th & 10th House. Hope that cancels these dosh.

yes when doshas match it is good. Then overall both horoscopes need to be seen too to confirm that there are not points that are against.
