Karaka in its designated house!

Hello everyone!


Would a karaka in its designated house mean fructification of those signification? For example, if Mars is in fourth house (where it is karaka for immovable property), does it indicate ownership of lots of landed property?

Additional information if needed:
Mars is in Sagittarius and Jupiter is in 12th house with Venus.

Yes,in general.
4th saturn shall do the same thing.
4th Jupiter assures the same though a bit late.

However, for happiness

the fourth house requires (relationship with) venus.

If you don't me asking, can you tell me how Saturn gives property? I can connect Jupiter to property as in it is an expansive planet , and a karaka of wealth.

It is the basic trait of saturn to give something to the house of its occupation,although it always gives with a sting.
