Willing to pursue another Master's degree abroad

Dear Astrologers,

Good evening. Hope you are all well.

Birth & Gender details: 25/11/1984; 4:56am; Mangalore, Karnataka, India; Male

I successfully completed my Master's degree in Oil & Gas Engineering in Australia in December 2009. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in India in July 2006. Since December 2009, I have been looking for a job in the Oil & Gas industry to no avail. To be honest, I feel decimated nowadays.

Alternatively, I am seriously thinking about pursuing another Master's degree in Energy Engineering (Conventional/Non-conventional), preferably either in Germany or Norway in August/September 2015. Both my parents are retired, and I will be utilising their savings for studies. Will acquiring another degree to complement previous education boost my chance of securing a job overseas or in India? According to my birth chart,is August/September 2015 conducive to begin my degree programme?

Job will come by Nov / Dec 2014. Before that you'll return to India. You will be better off in a job than continuing with education any further.

I am living in my native Mangalore in India since mid-January 2011. I lived in Australia for 4 years i.e., between early March 2007 and mid-January 2011. Thank you for your guidance.
