When will she marry?

This is not My Chart but someone else's.

Can someone please help this young lady , she is 31 years now but the marriage has been delayed. she is still in the process of looking. As far as I know she is not extra-selective and has a comfortable life.

She has to be careful regarding her marriage as the Moon occupies Libra in the navamsha chart. There could be a divorce or break in marriage in her life.

I've never come across this that when the Moon is posited in Libra in Navamsa, then that could lead to divorce or separation. Could you pleas elaborate it further? Is it a general principle or attribute or more of a specific feature of this chart only?

It seems this place is quite near/alike to moratuwa in srilanka. I am getting moon in taurus at 29*32 as per j hora and PL7 as per lahiri ayananmsha. At astrodeinst also i am getting moon in taurus.
We will be highly obliged if we understand how you are getting moon in gemini. If we choose raman ayananmsha moon is in gemini at 0*57.
Which ayanamsha is used for calculation ?
Due to night birth any difference in date ?
Or am i wrong in choosing birth data ?

The place of birth is important in the calculation of ascendent.
Moon or any other planet is not affected by that.
Preference of ayanamsa is individual's option.

I am not questioning authority, knowledge of dineshji. I am just curious to know what parameters he used to have such prediction. I am confused w.r.t natal chart. I am searching for any error in my settings, parameters.

I am getting asc at 21*49 cancer and moon at 29*31 approx. with lahiri ayanamsha. I have read his old posts where he used lahiri ayanamsha as per my understanding.
As per dineshji, sat in libra is aspecting 7th house which is not possible for cancer ascendant. {partial aspects?} Even if we use any other known popular ayanamsha asc will be cancer. So how sat is aspecting 7th house ?
Second by using lahiri ayanamsha I am having moon in taurus with virgo navamansha.
So I am just curious to know his parameters.

POB seems to be quite near to moratuwa {79*52N and 06*46E} in srilanka. Even if we take POB as Chennai there is no major shift in natal chart; position of asc 23*59{do not consider d-charts} cancer and moon 29*30 approx.

Don't know if he is using his progression Technics.

Am I using wrong birth data/settings?

If possible please let me know my error.

Some astrologers opine that 4th aspect is considered a three fourth (75 %) aspect.

I have checked the chart again
It is cancer ascendent and transit Saturn shall aspect his own rasi from november 2014.
I ratify that marriage takes place any time within 18 months.
