Wearing red coral and pearl for Mars and Moon (lord of 10th and Asc respectively is OK)
Wearing Navratna would strenghten lord of 6th Jupiter and Lord of 8th Saturn - both are close conjuct causing problems for you...you may want to discard the navaratna.
Instead perform remedies for Jupiter, Saturn and Rahu Ketu - primarily prayers and donations. You can find these remedies on the web,

Dear Dudeza,
Mr. Shrikanth is spot on in your analysis. Further to that i would like to add a few points.
1. Mercury in dusthasthanas in important charts definitely afflicts the capapcity of the intellect to perform to the potential. The road is full of obstacles and one suffers extreme misfortunes in the matters specified. In your chart KEtu conjoins Mercury in 8th. USually, if ketu is alone in a bhava it gives results akin to mars and Rahu akin to saturn. But when it conjoins a planet it works on its own and afflicts the planet/s conjoined. This in 8th house denotes a roadblock in mind related adventures and may also denote some kind of a mental disease.
2. Saturn and Jupiter are retrograde in your chart. Retro planets in your specific chart will give results after a long struggle. These usually are results of past birth punya. So i examined your D-60 and I find no respite for Jupiter and Saturn as they are placed in 12th there. You will not find any good results in the antardashas of these two planets. If you do, you have to work 10 times more than the usual benefits these planets will provide. It will drain you out.
This effectively means that Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn benefits are ruled out in your chart. That leaves Venus and moon as only benefics to work good for you. These two are in kendras in your Rasi chart. Hence with Venus dasha you have begun to feel better. But only in bits and pieces because the antardashas are not all that good.
Weak mercury in dusthanas in most charts means you are suffering from curses of Shri Vishnu in past births. You can wear as many stones as you like but they wont be any use to you. As Mr. Shrikanthji said, recite Shri Vishnu Sahasranam on daily basis. Also Keep ekadashi vrats and light two diyas to Shri Vishnu daily evening.
Your Vimshamsha shows mercury in dharma sthana 9th . So you will definitely benefit if you pray and take remedial measures.
After few weeks, you will feel that your mind stops wandering and depressive feelings stop, there by giving you stability to pursue your education. Remember there is only one God. Shri Vishnu bhagwan. He is the only one who can alter the results of the planets too. You are running venus dasha and if you want Laxmiji to give you full auspicious results, you must worship Lord Shri Vishnu.
Additionally, early morning sunrise, offer jala to Surya devta after taking bath. Your ojas will increase and surya devata will give you the desired will power to overcome obstacles.
Start this process and please share the results after couple of weeks.

4th house from lagna is occupied by 6th Guru and 8th Sani, clearly indicating delay and hardship in school education, not a total breakdown.
During your school education, you were under the influence of Sukra dasa which went on well till the advent of Budha bhukti . In Budha bhukti you flunked 11 th grade. Sukra dasa ended and Ravi dasa started in 1999. You cleared 11th grade in Ravi bhukti (a very short period because of 4th lord Sukra association). The last bhukti in Ravi dasa is that of Sukra (indicator of lower education) and favorably placed, which made you clear 12 th grade.
By the beginning of Kuja dasa (2015) you will have a degree and settle in a job. Sukra is exalted. Kuja on its own and Sukra by being in 9th are Rajayoga planets. Sukra is 2 and 7 from chandra lagna. Sukra and Kuja are in conjunction. Long delay in marriage due to Sani 7 and 8 would be over. Marriage takes place in the same year in the bhukti of Kuja. Your family and children will be fine.

Mercury under exaltation in navamsa compensates for the company of ketu .Even otherwise mercury in the 8th is good for longevity.
Moon in tenth and 5th lord being combust are the basic causes for unstability
however,moon in tenth denotes ultimate success.Visitng religious places or worshipping regularly from home would help.Present dasa lord venus is vargottama,be assured that all your wishes would be fulfilled,though somewhat late (as saturn controls the ascendent of your horoscope).

Always give static factors (fathers profession, number of brothers and sisters, date of accident, marriage, distinction etc) to verify a chart.
for gemini lagna - Venus in 9th is vargottama. It will be very difficult to explain your multiple breaks in education, using rasi chart
for Cancer lagna (first degree). see lagna and venus in rasi and also in D9, this will explain your struggles in venus dasa. Mars fifth lord of education is in unfavorable eighth.
Still one needs to take time to verify chart using static factors..
