Am i destined to do job in foreign country?

Can any one please tell me if i can go abroad and more importantly "when". A few astrologers told me that i will lead good life abroad. I did tried for an year but nothing happened (not trying from last 6 months due to hopelessness). I have masters degree in aerospace engineering and tried in same field.

Trying constantly for last 3 years to crack engineering written exam in homeland without success. Currently employed in a very small firm.

my qualifications are
b.tech mechanical engineering (2005-2009). sat at home for 1 year.
masters in aerospace engineering (2010-2012). sat at home for 1 year.
joined as production engineer from July 2013.

DOB- 05-01-1987(DD/MM/YYYY)
POB- GHAZIABAD (UTTAR PRADESH,INDIA) 28.6700° N, 77.4200° E
TOB- 12:05PM

Dear prateek,

You will settle down abroad but it will take some time. You lagna is pisces which is the orginal 12th house and rahu which means foriegn land. your moon is in pisces shows mind in inclined to travel abroad. Jup your lagna lord is in 12th house and also rules you 12th navamsa so during dasa/ antar of jupiter you could go abroad. The antar starts 2020

I would like to understand your chart better. Can you pl say as to when you chose to do masters in aerospace ?
How good is it rated ?

Rahu placed in rasi / d10 lagna could make you choose do something boldly during its antar.
