Let me begin by congratulating all the moderators and members of our forum. I find the range and depth of knowledge posted on this forum truly commendable. hope this convergence of like minded astrological enthusiasts keeps growing from strength to strength!!
I recently had the pleasure to view the chart of a family member who had an illustrious career, retiring as the C.E.O of a top Multinational company. His path to success though was thoroughly difficult at the the least and struggle and strife seem to go hand in hand with name, fame and power. Ups and downs have also been plenty. His chart has Rahu and retrograde Saturn conjunct in gemini which is the second house. also rahu dasha is currently running for him and he is onwards to setting up an industry. how would his rahu placement affect him? and will vakri shani have any say in the overall analysis?
His birth details:
date: 28 - jan - 1945
Time: 14 : 56 hrs (2: 56 p.m)
Place of birth: Mangalore.
Rahu and saturn conjuct is said to cause a curse in the horoscope. but would that analysis sustain in case saturn is retrograde?

Have not gone thru the chart, but from your input, Rahu and Ketu are almost in exaltation in this position .Rahu being the 10th lord associated with 9/10 lord and yoga karakka is good. Rahu dasha should be good.
The aspect of Ketu on sat may give rise to challenges. This may also explain the start of new venture as Ketu aspects from 8th. This will be good period with challenges, which the native will overcome.

I always like to put myself to the test, so here it goes (mind you that all I have read is CEO and birth details but no responses).
As you mentioned retired, it should give a good indication on how accurate my assumptions are.

She also must have come from wealthy family...and probably is a house wife taking care of his finances and home.
